URJEX MAKE STEAM BOILER is of fire tube type consisting ofboiler shell, tube, sheets, smoke tubes and all the other internal pressure parts of theboiler confirming to latest INDIAN BOILER REGULATION ACT with first class weldedconstruction using boiler quality plates SA – 516 Gr. 60 or equivalent; Boiler qualitytubes BS 3059 / 68 Grade material or equivalent. The hydraulic testing would be carriedout strictly as per the required code of constructions.A blow down connection would be provided at the bottom of the shell for periodicallyblowing down sludge or any accumulation of dissolved solids during the operation ofboiler. Large sized man hole and hand holes are also provided for the cleaning purpose.
